We are working with the REAN Foundation to develop a chat assistant that will make it easier for users to receive real‑time information about their eye condition, access post‑operative care information and learn about risky behaviors after surgery. The technological expertise the REAN team has helped us to create a platform through which users will be able to upload images on WhatsApp and obtain medical advice remotely. This intelligent assistant will be trained by expert physicians from LVPEI to provide 24x7 screening service that will help in detecting potential problems and facilitate access to care providers.
